Readontime enables content owners (Authors, Agents, Publishers) to produce and sell titles in different formats (paper based or digital) to through an online platform (the “Platform”) and software (the “Software”) that Readontime has created for catalogue management of titles. The Platform is accessed through the website with domain name “Readontime.com” including all webpages, subdomains and subparts therein.
1.1 We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of any information that you provide us with when you are visiting any website maintained by us including without limitation the website at Readontime.com and our social networking pages (together “the Website”) as we may publish and operate from time to time.

2. Confidentiality in the automated processing of personal data of users

And Readontime's services already include the functionality necessary for our customers to comply with the GDPR's consent requirement.

5.1 If you wish to subscribe to any newsletter published by us or other communications from us, we offer you the option to “opt in” to this service. if you change your mind and wish to stop receiving any such communications, please click on the “unsubscribe” link in any email from us.
5.2 The Website periodically offers promotions; contests and special offers which may be voluntarily request some personal information. The rules and conditions of these promotional activities will be made public during the course of the same, including a section that specifies the use of the required personal information. 6.1 We currently contract with online partners to help manage and optimise our business and communications. We use the services of a site analytics partner to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and how visitors use our Website.
6.2 To do this, we use web beacons and cookies provided by our site analytics partner on our Website.
