To obtain documents from the library collection, you must pre-order them through the electronic catalog using your electronic form. Documents from the reading rooms’ collections can be used without pre-ordering.
You can pick up your order at the appropriate bookstore. You must have your student or library card with you.
Using the electronic form you can:
- order literature for use;
- find out about the documents you have in use and the terms of their return;
- find out your history of using documents and accessing full texts;
- check your basket of orders and requests
ARE NOT DELIVERED TO YOUR HOME:
- rare and valuable publications;
- control copies;
- publications received by the library through the Interlibrary Loan from other libraries;
- publications from the reading room collections.
DEBT, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO LITERATURE
- if the user has a debt, his/her library card will be blocked until the documents are fully returned;
- if the publication is lost or damaged, it must be replaced with a similar document in agreement with the library. You can get advice on the replacement at the lending desk.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOST A BOOK?
We offer several ways out of this situation. First: replace the lost book with the same one. Secondly, if it is not possible to replace it with the same book, then you can replace it with a similar one or one that is relevant to the educational discipline. But how to determine which books are similar and relevant to the educational discipline?
Consult with our staff:
- directly at the book loan desk;
- by phone or on our website.
